Instructions

08301 TOFUNELLE SALAD (tofu sausage) ingredients 4 PEOPLE 4 tofunelle, 2 carrots, 2 clumps of soncino 1 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar olive oil (s.q.) sale PROCEDURE remove the film covering the tufanelle and boil them in 1/2 liter of water for 5 minutes.

Brush the carrots and wash them with the salad.

Dry well the soncino in the centrifuge and place it in a bowl.

Add the carrots, grated, you tofunelle and cut into slices.

Prepare a sauce with mustard, Apple Cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and oil; pour on salad, stir and serve immediately.
