The tarragon salad
Instructions
08324 TARRAGON SALAD INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 450 g potatoes, celeriac 450 g, 100 g radishes, fresh cucumber, 1 175gr.
marinated herring fillets, 1 sprig of tarragon, salt for the sauce: 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons of the tarragon vinegar, 2 teaspoons of mustard to tarragon, pepper PROCEDURE Place the potatoes and celeriac, diced, both in boiling salted water and cook for 5-8 minutes, until the vegetables are al dente.
Drain.
Arrange the cooked vegetables in a salad bowl with the radishes, washed and thinly sliced, diced cucumber and the reduced herring fillets of strips.
Combine salad dressing ingredients and stir carefully.
After having served garnished with fresh tarragon.
