Instructions

08327 EXOTIC SALAD INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 coconut, 1 jar of hearts of Palm, avocado 3 1 mandarins, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

PROCEEDINGS Open first the coconut: with a screwdriver and a hammer, drill two holes in the fruit at the attachment points to the plant.

Pour the liquid into the glass, strain it and keep it aside.

Split in half the nut, take out the pulp without breaking the shell and cut into thin slices with the French fries cutter.

Drain the hearts of Palm and slice into rings.

Peel the avocados, removing the core, cut the flesh into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Peel the tangerines and cut them into slices by removing the pith.

Prepare a vinaigrette emulsifying together lemon juice, 4 tablespoons of coconut juice and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Salted and seasoned with the fruit salad.

Add a ground pepper and let marinate until ready to serve.
