Instructions

08340 THREE SALAD RADICCHIO INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 400 g of flakes of milk, a bunch (80 g) Arugula selvatica, a bunch (80 g) 200 g chicory, soncino, an orange (150 g) 2 slices (20 g) of bread, 20 g of anchovy paste, 4 Tablespoons (35 g) lemon juice 6 Tablespoons (65 g) of extra virgin olive oil, salt.

PROCEDURE Peel, wash and dry well the radicchio.
