Instructions
COLORFUL SALAD INGREDIENTS 08313 4 PEOPLE 2 tomatoes, 2 carrots, 1 fennel, 1 stalk of celery, lettuce leaves and Red 5 trevisana radishes, 1 sprig of parsley, a few mint leaves, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, salt.
Preparation: 20 minutes Difficulty: minimum PROCEDURE Peel the fennel and celery removing the toughest exterior parts.
Scrape the carrots and radishes.
Wash and dry in a clean towel all vegetables.
Chopped salad leaves, cut the tomatoes into wedges, thinly sliced fennel, carrots, radishes and celery.
Place the vegetables in a large bowl, season with oil, vinegar and salt; Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
