Instructions

Preparation: 15 minutes minimum PROCEDURE: Separate the lettuce leaves, wash them in cold water, drain well and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Arrange in the bottom of a salad bowl.

Peel the other vegetables, then cut the tomatoes into wedges, thinly slice the onion and cucumber, you have sprinkled with salt and let stand for about 30 minutes, and artichoke hearts.
