Oranges and artichoke salad

08480 ORANGES and artichoke SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 10 artichokes, 4 oranges, 100 g of pitted olives, lemon, 6 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper PROCEDURE Peel the artichokes, remove all outer leaves, tips and let you stick 4-5 cm stem.
Peel the stem and cut the artichokes in half.
