08543 SEPTEMBER SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g black grapes and white, 50 g of corn salad, 160 g of prosciutto di Parma, 3 tablespoons pine nuts, 100 g of Parmesan cheese, 2 sprigs of tarragon. For the vinaigrette: 3 tablespoons of grape seed oil, 4 tablespoons honey vinegar, one tablespoon of white wine, salt, pepper. Wash, dry and peel the grapes. Rinse and drain the corn salad. Meanwhile, prepare the vinaigrette by mixing oil, vinegar, white wine, salt and pepper. Ham fat removed and cut into thin slices. In a bowl pour the grapes, the vinaigrette, pine nuts, salad and ham and stir carefully. Cut the cheese into small pieces, deliver on the salad and garnish with the sprigs of tarragon. Serve immediately.
