Instructions

08136 FRUIT and shrimp SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE, 4 slices of pineapple 2 oranges, a pack of crab meat, 200 g shrimp tails, 100 g of black olives, one plain yogurt, lemon, 2 tablespoons ketchup, lettuce leaf, tabasco, salt and pepper.

Salted shrimp tails and fry them in a pan with plenty of oil.

Dropped the corazza and keep aside.

Cut apart the crabmeat.

Peel the grapefruit, remove the white part and cut the flesh into cubes.

Cut the pineapple and diced olives, lettuce into strips.

Mix the yogurt with the ketchup, a few drops of tabasco sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

In a? Salad Bowl, place shrimp, crab meat, dices of grapefruit and pineapple, lettuce and olives.

Pour the yogurt sauce, stir and serve.
