09556 RABBIT with vegetables and SPICES Ingredients 4 small rabbit legs, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon powdered cloves, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoon dust1/grated nutmeg, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 200 g of green beans, 1 bunch young carrots, 250 g of mushrooms, 15 cl of chicken broth, 30 g butter, clumps of curly parsley for decoration, salt, shredded pepper preparation time: 15 minutes cooking time: 40 minutes Marinating time: 1 hour Procedure place the thighs of rabbit in a deep dish and flavour with a mixture of herbs (thyme, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg) and oysters.

Stir and leave to marinate in a cool place for 1 hour.

Clean the green beans and cook for 5 minutes in a saucepan with salted water to a boil.

Raffreddateli and drain.

Clean the carrots and cut them with the special chopper sticks washer holding them aside in a bowl with cold water.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

Preheat oven for 7 minutes at 210 ›.

Cut 4 rectangles of parchment paper from 30 cm x 20 cm.
