Ginger and lemon chicken
Instructions
Put to marinate the chicken breasts, cut into thin strips with lemon juice and pepper for about 1/2 hour.
Grease a non-stick pan with a thin layer of olive oil and, when hot, add the chicken to Brown, watering it with the marinade.
Turns gently with a wooden spatula the chicken strips and, when cooked, grattugiatevi over the fresh ginger. Add salt and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes.

- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
