Grilled rabbit saddle

GRILLED RABBIT SADDLE 09725 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 saddles of rabbit, Berry 2 star anise, 2 lemons, 20 cl of olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon of crumbled pepper 150 g, boulghour, 4 fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves for garnish.
Cut the anise in 5-6 pieces and squeeze the lemon.
In a bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, anise, coriander and pepper.
Soak up the rabbit, cover the dish with plastic wrap and let marinate for 2 hours, turning two or three times.
Down the rabbit hole, dry it with absorbent kitchen paper and do it for 30 minutes grilling on the barbecue, time several times.
Cook the boulghour for 5 minutes in boiling salted water and drain.
Strain the marinade of rabbit over a saucepan, add the boulghour, stir, cover and finish cooking for 5 minutes to fire.
Pour the preparation on a plate, put the rabbit and sprinkle with fresh mint and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
