Sapling of nutella
Instructions
Mix the eggs with 80 g of sugar.
Add the flour and vanillin.
Stir.
Split the dough into three cake tins of 20 cm in diameter and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Baked and let cool.
Leave a whole drive, cut into one of smaller circumference and a third even smaller.
Whip the cream with sugar.
Spread the bigger disk with Nutella and then cover it with whipped cream, then overlay the second disc and proceed in the same way, then the third.
Keep in a cool place until ready to serve.

- 50 cl of whipping cream
- 240 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin
