Alberello di ricotta with citrus fruit and fudge
Instructions
Assemble the ricotta with the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Melt the chocolate and pass the pieces of mixed fresh fruit (pineapple, clementine, Apple, PEAR slices).
Mount the whole thing like a Christmas tree and decorate with mint and cocoa powder.
