Mushrooms and asparagus stewed

14047 CHAMPIGNON and asparagus STEWED INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 Kg of champignons, 1 pack of fresh asparagus, 50 g butter, 1 onion, parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Clean the asparagus and cut the tender part into small pieces by 2 cm each; cook them in salted water and, when cooked, drain.
Cut the onion finely and fry it in butter to moderate flame.
Add the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and cut into slices.
Let Cook for 10 minutes at moderate flame.
Add the asparagus, add salt, pepper and add the nutmeg, sprinkle with the parsley and cook for another 5 minutes.
