Mushrooms in wine

14039 MUSHROOMS to WINE INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 600 g mushrooms, 2 onions, 1 lemon, 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 20 g butter, 1/2 glass of white wine, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.
PROCEDURE Peel the mushrooms, leaving them whole, then toss them in water and lemon.
Peel the onions and slice them up.
Heat oil and butter and let the onions wilt.
Add the mushrooms well drained, let flavour for a few minutes, then add the wine, 1 tablespoon all over between chopped parsley and crumbled thyme.
Add salt, pepper and Cook 10 minutes at moderate fire in covered container.
Remove the mushrooms and place them on the serving dish.
Simmer the cooking to narrow a little, pour it over the mushrooms and sprinkle with parsley and thyme.
