Bread with nutella and ricotta

15364 [1] COTTAGE CHEESE BREAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of flour, 500 g of ricotta cheese, 3 eggs, 30 g yeast, 30 g extra virgin olive oil, 15 g salt, 30 g sugar, 300 g of whole milk Preheat oven to 200° warm milk in a saucepan.
Place flour on work surface, add the crumbled cheese, yeast dissolved in a little warm milk, olive oil, salt, sugar and milk.
Knead all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous and let stand for 30 minutes.
Grease a mould for plum cake and pour the mixture, bake for 20 minutes and when cooked, let cool, remove sides and cut into slices.
Serve with chocolate cream and chopped hazelnuts.
