Fried dumpling/cenci salati
Instructions
15349 FRIED DUMPLINGS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g flour, 20 g butter, 30 g of oil, a teaspoon and a half of salt, 150 g water, pepper.
Place the flour in a bowl, combine water, butter softened at room temperature, salt and knead until the mixture is smooth and dry.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, the thinnest possible and with a pastry cutter cut of diamonds and let them FRY in boiling oil.
Once browned remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on absorbent kitchen paper.
Serve hot, accompanied by cheeses, cold meats, salad, etc.
