INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 Turkey sausages and pork, a piadina, spicy mustard, pickled cucumbers Do lightly toast the piadina and cut it into squares.
Spalmatene a part with spicy mustard and cover with the other.
Place a washer over each cucumber pickle and salamino.
Recommended with a rather alcoholic red beer.
