Bucatini with gorgonzola
Instructions
Dice the cheese and let it melt on low heat stirring.
Merge very little sugar, a pinch of salt, plenty of pepper and cream and mix the ingredients.
Boil the bucatini into salted water, drain and pour into the pan with the sauce.
Giving them over medium heat.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and Parmesan before serving.
