Instructions
17253 Grape PANNA COTTA INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 500 g cream, 100 g sugar, 12 g gelatine in sheets, 500 g of white grapes.
For garnish: bunches of white and black grapes, small grape leaves.
Place the gelatin in a bowl with cold water.
Wash the berries of grapes, puree and strain the mixture.
Cook the cream and sugar for about 5 minutes.
Add the grape juice and gelatin well squeezed and stir well.
Pour half of the mixture into individual cups and deponetelo in the refrigerator to firm up.
Cover the firmer surface of white grape berries and pour over the mixture gently.
Place the cups in the refrigerator for as long as necessary.
Decorated with slices of black grapes, some small vine leaves and serve.
