Red fruit pudding

2_17000 BERRY PUDDING INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries), 12 tablespoons of condensed milk, 2 natural yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 teaspoons of sugar, 3 sheets of gelatin.
Clean the berries (riservatene some for decoration), and run the Blender to obtain a smooth puree.
Add the lemon juice, yogurt, sugar and milk and continue stirring so that it mixes well.
Passed the gelatin sheets in cold water and let them melt in two tablespoons of boiling water; drain and add to the mashed fruit.
Pour everything into a mold off and leave in the refrigerator until it is solidified.
Decorated with the fruits kept aside.
