Instructions

17390 SEMIFREDDO with Orange INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 100 g of wholemeal bread, 50 g sugar, 50 g sugar, 50 g butter, 100 ml.

PROCESS orange juice Mix the egg yolks with the icing sugar as needed to make them creamy.

Place in the refrigerator for an hour.

Once cold, mix it with the cream previously prepared, flapping vigorously, pour everything into a mold and place in the freezer until it is lifted.

Very superficially peeled the Orange, cut the skin at very fine slices, then divide the slices without skin and keep aside.

Caramellizzate sugar, pour the orange juice and simmer to reduce a little bit (about half).

Pour over the orange wedges and let it sit for an hour.

Remove ice cream from freezer 30 minutes before serving and upon tasting it cover with compost prepared.
