Instructions

17738 BRIOCHES with STRAWBERRIES and ice cream INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 round pastries (sandwiches to milk), 4 balls of vanilla ice cream, 200 g of whipped cream, 200 g of strawberries, 4 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons of currant jelly.

melt the sugar in half a cup of water and cook over high heat for a few minutes.
