Instructions

17786 FROST SABAYON INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g 4 eggs, whipping cream, 100 g sugar, 15 g isinglass 200 g of strawberries, berries, dry Marsala 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 1 packet of vanillin.

Immerse in cold water PROCEEDING the isinglass to soften.

With 4 egg yolks, sugar and 10 tablespoons Marsala prepared a Sabayon.

To work is finished, pour into a bowl.

Thereupon wring the isinglass, put in a saucepan on low heat and stirring constantly, let it melt and then add the Eggnog and leave it to cool, stirring occasionally.

Wash the strawberries, drain and mondatele, put them in a bowl, combine the powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons Marsala, mix, put a lid on the bowl and keep the strawberries in the refrigerator until time to use.

When the cold cream will become, not soda, pour a few tablespoons of Marsala in a round mold, not very tall walls and with the tube in the Center and rigiratelo for the walls if wet.

Whip the cream, pour the cream.

Place it in the mould preparation minding not to leave empty spaces, and then keep it in the fridge for a few hours.

Before serving the cake, turn the mold onto a serving dish, take it out, put in the middle of the sweet strawberries and serve, if desired, with dry biscuits.
