Instructions
6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 100 g sugar, 30 g (carob flour), 50 g cream powder, 2 eggs, 150 g milk, 150 g of port wine, 50 g raisins soaked in port, 1 pinch of salt.
Combine sugar, cream and powder base, add salt and egg, mix well, then add the milk and wine and cook for about 8 minutes.
Pour into a container of tinfoil, wide and low and place it in the freezer until completely frozen.
When serving, cut into cubes and stir well.
Add the raisins well squeezed and mix well.
Serve immediately or store it back in the freezer.
