Watermelon jelly (gelatina di cocomero)

17862 WATERMELON JELLY INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE 1 kg of watermelon flesh, 60 g kuzu (jelly), 100 g sugar, 50 g diced candied fruit, 60 g dark chocolate drops, 50 g of dry liqueur.
Puree the pulp and seeds cut private chunks.
Add sugar and kuzu and cook for 5 minutes.
Let cool and add the chocolate chips and candies.
Mix and divide the mixture into 6 individual ramekins, previously wet with dry liqueur for gelatine not attacks.
Place in the refrigerator and leave it up to complete solidification.
Sformateli on a platter and serve.
