Fruit yoghurt ice cream
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of chopped peaches, 1 yolk, 300 g of natural yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of peach jam, 100 g of whipped cream, 200 g of icing sugar.
PROCEEDINGS whip the cream and put it aside in the fridge.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend for about 2 minutes; then add the whipped cream.
Pour in a foil container, wide and low, and place it in the freezer until completely frozen.
When serving cut into cubes and stir well.
Serve immediately with fruit sauce and whipped cream, or store it back in the freezer.
