Put back on the heat and mix continuously; as soon as the mixture going back to boil, turn off and remove from heat.
Stir the custard until cooled, then put the mixture into the ice cream maker.
When serving ice cream balls distributed in bowls and drizzle with the chocolate sauce.
Decorate with chopped hazelnuts.
