2_17302 CUSTARD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A l of milk, 3 tablespoons cold milk, 3 egg yolks, 5 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch rasi, a lemon zest, a cinnamon stick.
In a saucepan heat the milk with three tablespoons of sugar, lemon rind and cinnamon stick.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar.
Dissolve the cornstarch very well to three tablespoons of cold milk so that it doesn't form lumps and pour it on the former compound egg yolks and sugar.
When the milk starts to boil, pour a little in the compound, without ceasing to beat, so that the yolks do not solidifichino.
Pour everything in a bowl of warm milk and, without ceasing to stir with a wooden spoon, let it simmer.
The cream begins to thicken and, before it begins to boil, remove from heat and set aside the lemon rind and cinnamon.
