Instructions

INGREDIENTS a bottle of Sauternes, a Brachetto wine bottle, a bottle of Barolo Chinato, 750 g sugar, 60 cl water, 3 egg yolks.

Prepare the sorbet starting from Sauternes sorbet.

Pour 20 cl of water into a saucepan, place it on the fire and let it cool enough to dissolve 250 g sugar; Add the wine and stir.

Pour the mixture into a container of steel or plastic and place in freezer.

When you will be slightly curdled, remove from the freezer, add an egg white snow firmly mounted and put in the freezer.

Follow the same procedure to prepare the Brachetto wine sorbet and sherbet to Barolo chinato
