Orange and lemon bavaroise

2_17149 Orange and lemon BAVARIAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of fresh cheese, 100 ml whipping cream, 50 g sugar, 50 g of sugar in cubes, 50 ml of Grand Marnier, 2 oranges, 2 lemons, 4 sheets of gelatin.
Rinse thoroughly the oranges and lemons.
Rub the sugar lumps against the orange peel so that buildup of the aroma of the fruit and place them in a pan.
Squeeze the oranges and lemons and pour the juice into the saucepan with the rest of the sugar granules.
Cook just enough to get a clear syrup.
Clean well the inside of 1/2 lemon peel and cut into strips.
Do heat the liquor; put the gelatin sheets in cold water and then let them soften with the hot liquor.
Add the syrup and pass the jelly in a meshed strainer and let it cool down for a few minutes.
Mix the cheese with whipped cream and stir in the syrup slowly stirring constantly.
Pour into jars or 4 cups and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 or 3 hours to ensure that the mixture is rassodi.
Cups decorated with strips of lemon peel.
Serve.
