Instructions

BAVARIAN LIGHT 2_17368 of bananas and STRAWBERRIES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of strawberries, banana, 2 250 ml of plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 4 tablespoons sugar, 4 gelatin sheets washed and depicciolate strawberries, dry with kitchen paper and frullatene half until a puree, add the yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and blend again.

Cut the remaining strawberries into thin slices.

Peel bananas, cut into slices.

Add strawberries and bananas to the mixture.

You soak the gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes, squeeze with your hands and let it dissolve in a little hot water.

Add the gelatin to the strawberry and banana cream stirring constantly.

Soak the mold for cold water and pour the previously prepared.

Keep the mold in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and dessert, turn out onto serving platter.
