CHOCOLATE FLAN and coffee 2
Instructions
2_17213 CHOCOLATE & coffee FLAN ingredients for 4 PERSONS 200 g of chocolate 600 ml milk, 100 g sugar, 3 egg yolks, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of instant coffee.
For the caramel: 100 g of sugar, water (s.q.) For decoration: raspberries, mint leaves and whipped cream.
Warm milk, add the chopped chocolate and sugar and stir until complete dissolution of chocolate.
Beat the eggs, egg yolks and instant coffee and add them to the previously prepared.
Prepare a caramel with the sugar and, with this, wet a mold for flan.
Pour the mixture into the mould and bake the flan in oven, Bain-Marie, for 50 minutes.
Let it cool down.
Decorate with a few raspberries sprinkled with icing sugar and some mint leaves and serve with whipped cream.
