18024 CAKE with milk and CINNAMON INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 4 eggs, 150 g flour, 150 g sugar, 1 small carton of condensed milk, 400 ml liquid cream, 200 ml milk, ground cinnamon, baking powder.
PROCEEDINGS, beat the eggs with sugar to make them creamy.
Add gradually the sifted flour and baking powder, mixed with caution.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould, bake in the oven at medium temperature for 20 minutes.
Mix the condensed milk with the cream and milk, sprinkle with cinnamon.
When the cake is warm, pour the milk little by little so that they absorb.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and place it in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
