Instructions

18159 PUMPKIN PIE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 370 g of condensed milk, 600 g pumpkin flesh, 150 g of minced almonds, 50 g of pine nuts, 50 g butter, 3 eggs, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg and salt.

For the dough: 150 g flour, 75 g of butter, an egg yolk, salt.

Amalgamte PROCEEDINGS of the ingredients for the dough.

Knead dough just enough to obtain a paste bonded and leave it to stand for 30 minutes.

Cook the pumpkin pieces with butter and a little salt for about 20 minutes.

Subsequently gratinatela in the oven for two minutes.

Puree the pumpkin with milk, eggs.

Add the almonds and a spoonful of cinnamon, a pinch of cloves, ginger and nutmeg and mix well.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and a mould lined removable.

Sprinkle the cake with pine nuts, pour the pumpkin puree and cook in the oven at medium temperature for 45/50 minutes.

Serve.
