Knead dough just enough to obtain a paste bonded and leave it to stand for 30 minutes.
Cook the pumpkin pieces with butter and a little salt for about 20 minutes.
Subsequently gratinatela in the oven for two minutes.
Puree the pumpkin with milk, eggs.
Add the almonds and a spoonful of cinnamon, a pinch of cloves, ginger and nutmeg and mix well.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and a mould lined removable.
Sprinkle the cake with pine nuts, pour the pumpkin puree and cook in the oven at medium temperature for 45/50 minutes.
