18166 CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 125 g flour, 125 g butter, 125 g sugar, 125 g of raisins, 25 g of grated lemon peel and orange, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, flour and rum.
PROCESS Soak raisins in rum for 10 minutes.
Mix the melted butter until a creamy consistency, add the sugar, stirring, add the beaten eggs and orange and lemon peel, and add the flour and the yeast.
Grease a mould from cake and lined with parchment paper so that it goes from 4 cm edge.
Pour into the prepared front and divide over raisins squeezed and floured, then cook in the oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes.
