Orange crown
Instructions
18172 Orange CROWN 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 100 g brioche, 50 g butter, 1/2 litre milk, 1 cup of Grand Marnier and cognac, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar to caramelize.
PROCEDURE warm milk and pour it on top of the brioche made into small pieces.
Let it sit for a few minutes.
Add the melted butter, beaten eggs and half cup of g: Marnier and zest of half an orange, mix well and pour into a mold by caramel flan.
Bake in oven, Bain-Marie, for 40 minutes.
Put the Crown when it is warm, sprinkle with orange juice mixed with the rest of g: Marnier.
When serving, fiammeggiate with cognac.
