Instructions

SWEET SICILIAN 18178 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 300 g of chocolate, 200 g butter, 100 g of raw almonds, minced 8 biscuits, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons rum, 2 tablespoons sugar, icing sugar.

CASE melt chocolate in double boiler with rum.

Beat the butter with the sugar, add the warm chocolate and almonds, egg yolks and chopped cookies, mix well and add the whipped egg whites.

Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
