Instructions

For the filling: 1/2 l lime juice, lime zest, 50 g sweetened condensed milk, 3 egg yolks.

Preparation and cooking time: 2 hours difficulty: medium PROCEEDINGS sift the flour by dropping it in a large bowl.

Add a pinch of salt, sugar, 150 g of butter and margarine, cold and cut into small pieces.

Work it all off, then slowly stir the cold water necessary to obtain a soft and homogeneous compound.

Reach into or a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and put it to rest for about an hour in a cool place.

Meanwhile prepare the filling, in a bowl, pour the egg yolks and sbatteteli until they become swollen and foamy.

Add the lime juice, one tablespoon of grated rind and condensed milk.

Mix well working the mixture with a whisk.

With a rolling pin roll out the pastry into a thin disk, this buttered mould lined with a diameter of 22 cm, folding the edges inside.

Roll out crust a sheet of greaseproof paper, fill it with beans and gilds in hot oven (180° c) for about 15 minutes.

Take it out, remove the paper and beans and let cool and fill it with the prepared stuffing.

Put the tart in the oven (always set on 180°) and gilds it for about 30 minutes.

Baked the cake and, when it is perfectly cool, remove from pan and onto a plate.

Sprinkle with a few slices of lime and sprigs of whipped cream and serve it at the table.
