Hazelnut tart
Instructions
INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 100 g ground hazelnuts, 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice, 3 eggs, 1 small carton of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of wine, 1 tablespoon dolve of grated lemon peel.
For the dough: 150 g of biscuits, 100 ml of sweet wine, 80 g of butter.
CASE Mix cookies with melted butter, wine and pastry-lined with this Cake mould of 22 cm in diameter.
Add the milk with the juice and peel of a lemon, egg yolks, wine and peanuts.
Carefully stir the whipped egg whites.
Pour into cake tin and bake, baked sweet, for about 20 minutes.
