Red fruit cake and ice cream with almonds

18984 RED FRUIT CAKE and almond ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 balls of vanilla ice cream, 200 g almonds, 200 g butter, 200 g sugar, 200 g flour, 500 g red fruits (strawberries, blackberries, cherries), 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, ground cinnamon, whipped cream.
Mix the almonds with the flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, egg and egg yolk, until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
Roll out half of this mixture into a mold, put it over the red fruit and cover with the rest of the dough so that the fruit is completely covered.
Cook in oven for 1 hour and average 15 minutes; half-cooked, cover with aluminum foil because the surface does not bake too.
Dessert, turn out when it is warm and serve with ice cream.
