Fried apricots
Instructions
Splitting in half the apricots, depriving them of the bone; caramellarle quickly in a small frying pan with 1 knob of butter and a tablespoon of sugar; Deglaze with white wine and with the purpose of dry ginger powder.
Dissolve in a little lukewarm cream goat cheese; sweeten the cream to taste and serve in a small frying pan; place over the cups of apricot to give the dish the look of a fried egg.
Serve with slices of toasted bread in the oven with butter and sugar.

- 1 walnut butter

- 100 g of goat cheese
