Instructions

19479 BUNS SAN NICOLA INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 Kg of flour, 85 g of yeast, 2 eggs, 5 dl milk, 160 g sugar, a pinch of salt, 200 g butter.

In a bowl, combine half the flour, the yeast and warm milk.

Mix well all the ingredients and roll them into balls quickly until dough is smooth and elastic.

Place it on a floured Bowl, cover with untelo and let it stand for about 30 minutes.

Take the dough, add remaining ingredients and blend completely working fine.

Let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Take the dough and knock it a while?, then fold the dough, roll it up and cut it into obtaining small spirals.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet, covered with oven paper and let rise again for 15 minutes.

Brush with egg yolk and place in hot oven (180° c) for 10 minutes.
