Instructions

whipping cream-100 g of cherries preserved-50 g butter-1 small glass of cognac-2 eggs-shortbread biscuits PROCEEDING whip the cream, add chocolate melted Bain-Marie and mix well to obtain a smooth cream, add the melted butter, egg yolks and the clear snow firmly mounted.

Let it cool well in the refrigerator.

Let macerate cherries in brandy.

Place a cherry on biscuit pastry and cover with chocolate cream using a round-shaped tool.

Decorate with candied fruits.
