Instructions

20297 ASPIC of RED FRUIT ingredient for 6 persons 250 g of cherries, 250 g of redcurrants, 250 g of zuccheero, 1 dl of water, 7 sheets of gelatin, 1/2 lemon, 2 tablespoons Kirsch, 3 3 yellow peaches, apricots to serve: whipped at will preparation time: 30 minutes cooking time: 10 minutes chilling Procedure 1 night washed and pitted cherries.

Wash and shell the black currant.

Melt the sugar in the water and bring to a boil.

Throw in sugar syrup, cherries and currants and let them for 10 minutes.

In a bowl while you soften the leaves of gelatine.

Drain the fruit out of sugar and begin to add hot syrup gelatine leaves one by one, then lemon juice and Kirsch.

Peel the peaches, apricots, cherries, wash and cut into dice.

Mix all the fruit taking on the part a few pieces fresh as a garnish.

Then pour into a mold with the hole kept cold a little sugar syrup and do well join put gelatin back to cool.

After 10 minutes of cool pour the blended fruit and cover it over with the rest of sugar jelly.

Put in cool for at least half a day or a night.
