Bucatini with olives
Instructions
Saute a chopped onion and garlic.
Rosolarvi the coarsely chopped bell pepper.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
Combine salt, pepper and half the pitted olives and cook for 10 minutes.
Finally add the parsley.
Season the pasta with the sauce, the remaining olives and Parmesan.
