Instructions
20023 COPPRA CHEESE FRUIT INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of mascarpone, 50 ml milk, 150 g strawberries, 150 g of ripe apricots, 4 tablespoons icing sugar.
Wash the fraole, tamponatele with a paper towel and remove them the petiole; then cut them into quarters.
Wash the apricots, remove the stones and cut into small segments.
Pour the mascarpone in a bowl with the milk and knead vigorously with a whisk until well into the fluid.
Add the icing sugar passed to the colander and mix with whisk.
Prepare cups: pour the bottom a little mascarpone cream, mixed fruit, a few more spoonful of mascarpone cream and garnish with fruit.
Serve.
