Instructions

20065 CRETE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 peaches, 1/2 l of wine red, 3 sheets of isinglass, low-calorie sweetener to taste.

For the sauce: 4 packs of natural yoghurt 125 g each, 4 teaspoons of honey, 4 amaretti (or Corn Flakes for those with weight problems).

Let reduce by half, over low heat, the red wine with the sweetener, add, out of the fire, the sheets of gelatine, previously softened in a little water and squeezed, put on fire and melt the gelatine.

Diced chopped peaches.

Pour the wine jelly filled moulds for ó 4.

Add diced peaches and refrigerate until the mixture is well hard.

Prepare the sauce by mixing gently in a bowl the yogurt with honey.

Pour the sauce on the bottom of the plate, in the Middle put the pudding and the sauce with amaretti crumbs or Corn Flakes.
