Caramelized pineapple with cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°.
Protect the green part of the leaves of pineapple with the aluminum foil.
Place the pineapple on a plate lined with parchment paper and bake for about an hour and half-cooked rigiratele.
When cooked, remove from oven, let cool and cut into two fruit.
Leave the oven on grill mode.
Pour the rum into a saucepan and cook on moderate fire.

In a bowl mix the sugar with the cinnamon powder; spolverizzatevi pineapple halves, then drizzle with lemon juice.
Bake pineapple halves for 10 minutes until the surface is caramel.
Place each half pineapple on a platter decorated the edges with slices of starfruit or serve with vanilla ice cream, passion fruit or lemon.

- 15 cl of amber rum
- one teaspoon of cinnamon powder
